Well, if you liked Book 1, kindly fasten your seatbelt & prepare for another very fun & erotic ride. Mara & KATT are back with a new mission and an old nemesis even shows up to complicate things in the best way possible. We really get to see how much KATT's personality has developed (and there are some very funny missteps in the road as KATT hasn't quite mastered the art of not oversharing). The character of KATT is a great example of how we can think more deeply about what it means to be sentient. The growing bond between Mara & KATT in this book is simply beautiful. I can't say enough good things about this story. It's incredibly humorous, the plot is exciting, and the sex is HOT. Don't hesitate reading this if you're in the mood for lots of smiling.

Laia is a fun, irreverent protagonist to get perspective from, with the apparent stamina of a racehorse. She definitely needed it for the Amazon women in this book. The writing doesn't take itself too seriously, and just revels in what it is: Sexy Tomb Raider. I'm looking forward to reading about Laia's exploits in Book 3.
